Supplying over 300 metres of balustrading to the Deptford school project. The twin posts were contructed from a Laser cut and pressed section, welded together using machined spacers and powder coated.
The overall effect of the landings and staircases looks stunning. All credit to the designers and architects……… and of course the high quality fabricators

Despite the general economic gloom of 2010, we look back with a smile. New clients accounted for 30% of our Turnover and we finished the year by parting Company with HSBC Factoring Company after a brief 9 month relationship. Achieving +55% on our most optimistic sales targets was the icing on the cake…… thank you to all our clients and suppliers.
We were approached by our client HGI Generators, who were looking for a promotional gift. They wanted something other than the standard mouse mat or pen, something a little bit different. As a Company who deal with all types of engineers the brief they gave to us – they wanted a “high quality functional item that would fit in your pocket”.
We submitted our design for the ‘Monster Tool’. Made from 304 Stainless steel, the tool is waterjet cut, hand polished to a brushed finish and finally Laser etched with the Clients logo. The tool comprises a spanner that fits M10 to M3 nuts. A flat head and pozi screwdriver and a pry-bar are the other basic functions this tool has.
COULD THIS OR A SIMILAR TOOL BE A CORPORATE GIFT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS? CONTACT OUR OFFICE TO DISCUSS ANY IDEAS YOU MAY HAVE.
Despite the obvious slow economy our customer base are generally busy but more importantly very positive about the near future.
Synergetix have shown a month on month growth over the past seven months, already achieving their most optimistic target for the Year ending December 2010. We would therefore like to thank our customers both old and new who have both supported us and given the opportunity to us prove we can manage their needs.
Our first major job in injection moulding has been delivered this week.
The job entailed manufacturing 40,000 plastic end caps to cap off a bespoke Aluminium extrusion. The quality of these components was paramount for the $600M redevelopment project at Queen Alia Airport in Jordan.
The initial design was submitted to our client by presenting a 3D CAD model of how the end cap would look. Once agreed, a sample end cap was ‘3D printed’ to allow the client to physically see what the finished part would look like on the extrusion. A colour matching exercise then took place to mix the colour to the exact finish of the powder coated Aluminium. Our client rejected the opportunity to save costs via China based on the importance of this ‘final touch’ part. Working closely with our UK partner, the tooling was designed and manufactured resulting in the job being delivered on time and within budget.
Subsequently, we now have our second volume project for 250,ooo for a point of sale item for a major retailer.
Marshaw Engineering were one of the first Companies to offer their machining service through the Synergetix website soon after its launch. Last month they received three jobs totalling £8500 –
MD Martin Shaw comments ” In these difficult times any additional work is welcome, and the guys at Synergetix are certainly fulfilling their comitment to give us work. We are very pleased to fill our unused capacity at a reduced rate based on our agreement, Synergetix were our top spending customer last month, with plenty of opportunities lined up over the next few months”.
Synergetix are always looking to expand their network of quality suppliers, Companies interested should fill in the form on the Suppliers page.
After months of hard work, Synergetix now have their office established in China. The office is run by an English Engineer working directly on behalf of Synergetix and its UK clients. Most UK companies have considered the Far East route to market but have been put off by trust, logistic and communation hurdles. Synergetix offer its clients a risk free method of capitalising on the cost saving benefits of this route, as goods are paid for once they land at its clients factories and have passed their inspection process.
An eagerly anticipated half container is due into the UK on the 30th July….
